Man, I really appreciate the theme and especially the message of your gym. You would totally be one of the more relevant and cooler plot involved gym leaders of the game. This is really dope.

my gym's theme is single-evolution pokemon! you can't spend your whole life waiting to evolve into the person you want to be, you have to work for it, every day!

thank you so much! i used to play pokemon in real life with a bunch of kids at local league meetup back when 4th gen was out, and this was one of my main "gym leader" team concepts i would use with them to try and get them to think outside the box of only using the biggest & most powerful-looking pokemon and spamming the most epic-sounding moves. i've always preferred the simpler designs and the humbler-seeming pokemon. i really appreciate your review!
