They look really cool! Did you every decide on a bard college or his race? To me, they seem like a college of lore or college of eloquence bard. Also I’d toss him some copper and attend his shows!

He'll be happy about the copper cause he really needs it. I don't really know much about DnD but he'd probably be a human despite the lack of resemblance.
Really love the design here, looks like a challenge to make a character entirely out of the frilly parts of Shakespere's costume! Colours need to be mentioned too! Keep it up!
