"Premier Insect Artist"
Big artist of the big city, Burgh comes crawling in with his bug types. As the third Gym Leader he ain't that bad, you should have one of his two weaknesses by now. As for his gym, he had a weird honey theme going on in B/W (which is odd since he didn't have any bee-like Pokemon), but in comes B/W2 and his Gym is now covered head to toe in silk, traveling in cocoons and the like.
