Look at this nerdy boi with those safety glasses, company uniform & pencil!

Took a photo a while back of probably one of the biggest fire alarm control panels I think I've ever seen. Literally, this thing was about the size of a closet!

Then I had the idea of drawing my OC over it, and have him in an inspector's uniform. Needless to say, I kinda dig it ngl.

The panel is a System 3, which was made by Pyrotronics in the 70s & 80s. They aren't around anymore. Haven't been since probably the mid-1990s. Early systems that had these panels from the 70s were also paired with dangerously radioactive smoke detectors that used RADIUM in them! This one is not one of them, thankfully or sadly, depending on how you look at it.
