This little mouse used to be part of a circus act, until one day, the circus was burned down to ashes. He then found the Inkwell Dunk’rs and decided to be a part of the team.

He’s very shy, and not that much talkative, but he can still shoot some hoops.

Powers & Abilities:
Phase 1: There are five members on Hoops' team. Garth will throw 6 small-sized basketballs at the player. Two of the balls will open, and sucker punch the player. Yelli will fly up to one of the hoops and throw basketball bombs through the hoops before it touches the ground and explodes. Nemo will jump on a basketball that's about his size and will roll at the player. He will also try to aim and throw 8 cheese wheels at the player one at a time while rolling around. Bill will blow into the balloon with an inkwell symbol on it, and float in to the air. While he's in the air, he will throw down mini berries of different kinds at the player. Wilt will water the ground grows a cannon. While the cannon is pointing up and down, it will try to shoot the player with shoes. Mr. Hoops will also take his symbol off his shirts, then uses it to shoot heat-seeking missiles at the player. Some of the objects can be blocked by parrying them.

Phase 2: Seeing that his teammates are injured and can’t fight the player no more, Mr. Hoops gets mad. He spins his head around as it sets on fire. He will dribble his head on the ground running to the hoop behind the player while streams of flames start coming after the player. After Mr. Hoops reaches the basketball hoop, he will perform a slam dunk, and will use this head to charge at the player. Then, he will run to the opposite hoop to perform the same actions again. He will also spit out fiery balls upwards as they split in nine as they fall and bounce off the screen. Nothing can be parried at this phase, so the player has to dodge the attacks, or shoot at the balls.

Knockout:
Mr. Hoops’ head pops and starts to deflate while the his body falls down to the floor.
