I feel like you spent most of your time on those eyes but man are they fantastic.
looking at your other work, I see you've got quite the talent for ultra-detailed eyes but tend to leave the rest kind of blurry or under-detailed. Your "Rosbery Art Trade" is a good example of this, it looks as though someone had cut two holes in your picture and are looking at me.
do you use models or references?

Glamraneth responds:

Thank you! I rarely use references for my digital drawings, I usually use references if I'm really stuck or when I'm practising. I didn't use one for this. I get a lot of people who say that eyes are done well and that they're very detailed but the other parts are under detailed. I agree! I almost always leave most places under detailed, especially the hair and the clothes, and I'm trying to fix that problem.

really like that eye nice, you should look into getting some skin brushes, i dont know if your using ps or some other program, but if you are using something that supports it defiantly get some skin tone brushes here is some of the pics i made with some skin tone brushes the anime man onw i used hair brushes along with skin tone it makes such a big differance for such a small thing.

this isnt a bad set . http://www.obsidiandawn.com/skin-textures-photoshop-brushes

Glamraneth responds:

Thank you for the advise and for the links! I will search for some brushes.

Holy jesus, this is amazing, i really like the shading, the proportion is very well done and i like how you put details in the eyes.

Amazing job, Glamraneth!

Glamraneth responds:

Thank you!
