As a child, Ditko had dreams of one day exploring the world. As an adult, he lives in a tiny, run down apartment, unable to hold down a steady income, and drowns his sorrows away in Ponko Juice, wondering where those dreams went. But one day, he sees a poster from the Guild of Dimensional Travellers, calling for new recruits to help them learn more about the many dimensions that make up the dimensionverse. Most would be put off by the amount of dedication and risk involved in such an activity... but it's not like Ditko had much going on in his life to begin with.

My first 'reference 2'. This was made to solve a major flaw in the original design, that being he didn't have anywhere to store things! Ditko's pouch may only be small, but it gives him enough room to store his dimension log and his pen, as well as a couple small souvenirs from certain dimensions. With this new design, he'll now be able to write down his memories of every dimension, instead of just... leaving.
