ROT, also known simply as "The Pursuer" is widely considered to be the strongest being inhabiting the Capital Slum in the center of the underworld. Where the most unholy abominations in the depths of Hell go to decompose, ROT rules over them all with an iron fist and primal strength. It's estimated he has lived in the Capital Slum for hundreds of years and is the main reason why most other wretched creatures who end up in the Slum don't last a week. His inception and motives are unknown as he is unable to form any speech other than the occasional raspy mutter of "...rot...", but his unrelenting and ferocious brawn has made him widely known as one of the most dangerous threats to walk the face of hell.
