No, you’re not seeing double! They’re two very different people! (Neo is actually a lot older than Goober!) They just coincidentally share the same features, which is pretty common among the light creature population using pre-made shells.

Neo isn’t a sona of mine unlike Goober, while the concept of her was going to be the “evil” version of Goober, but Neo turned into xyr own character along the way, being more like a Shadow to Goober’s Sonic if you catch my drift.

Neo really only exists in Goober’s dimension and constantly gets confused with com, which gives Neo unwanted attention and whatever dastardly thing Neo did, Goober gets the blame! Though Goober thinks of Neo in high regards, the same can’t be said in Neo’s case.
