Have you considered a dark blue, I think it would look nice with the background. Also good art work.

Some samples for a new animation project I'm starting. Trying to work out the look and feel of it. Not sure which color I prefer for the hair though. I thought it could be cool to have it stand out against the backgrounds, which will all be a similar palette to what I've got here, but maybe it stands out too much.
