It's not bad, I'm definitely able to tell what it is. However, the two lightest shades are nearly indistinguishable from one another, and some of your lines are so thick it almost looks like you used mixels, which is a big spriting no-no

The thick lines used are supposed to imply a greater age/maturity/seniority; I get it if people may not like them, but I don't know what mixels are. Also I do understand the comment about the two lightest shades being too close and I have also felt the same way about the two dark shades that line the top insides of the eye holes here. I've been a bit too lazy only using colors from J (since it was the first one I made), so I really do need to mix up the colors used on each.
