The Astrix, a race that lives in the Spire (a giant interdimensional hub that sits in the center of the multiverse) were tasked with policing the multiverse of all multiverse-scale threats, to do this they created three prototypes of super-soldier clones later to be called "the Reticle guard", one of these iterations was Genesis Plus, or just "Plus".

Plus has a cocky, sarcastic personality with a pessimistic disposition, though contrary to his rough personality he has empathy for even the most heinous criminals. To Plus, the life of mortals is finite and thus sacred, he will go out of his way to save everyone he can, no matter the cost, often expending vast amounts of resources to save just one individual.

One of Plus's notable abilities is his ability to survive and regenerate damage from most if not all conventional weaponry as well as his ability to reincarnate after getting his head completely destroyed, although, he ends up in a random universe in a random location, out in the vacuum of space or on a random celestial body, it would take him hundreds of years to get back to where he was if he even cares enough to, however, if he happens to reincarnate in a universe he has previously died in he will reincarnate at the same time he died, albeit in a random location in space as previously mentioned.
