Demetrius is Kenny's beloved bunny doll, given to him at birth Kenny cherishes Demetrius above any other of his physical possessions, he is kept safe inside of a locked box inside of Kenny's basement, but sometimes Kenny unlocks the box and talks to Demetrius about various things, life, his problems, his desires and dreams, the list goes on.

Suspiciously enough there appears to be something living inside of Demetrius, nobody knows about it or what it is, but if you leave food around Demetrius and leave him alone, the food will be gone when you come back
