Vivi Ornitier

"How do you prove that you exist...? Maybe we don't exist...

Decided to do the best boy for my second piece in ff9 fanart series, Vivi Ornitier is just such a loveable character in FF9, his arc and the questioning of his own existence really spoke to me when i was a kid playing this game, the idea of being aware of ones own mortality and the fear of what is next is such a common thought that we have all pondered about at some point or another, Vivi's character design and overall story arc make him one of the best characters in the series for me.

For this piece i played with the idea that when casting a certain element it would have an effect on Vivi in some way as if that magical power resonates through him and affects his appearance in some way. I liked the idea that this fire type spell would affect his eyes like two flames in the dark flickering away.

All in all i'm really god damn happy with how this turned out, may affect how i do the rest of the party.
