This is a character that I came up with a while ago:

Name: Rosemonde (RAHS-mahnd) Croft
Age: Forever thirteen
Occupation: None (deceased); she assists her "adoptive father," Hades, with recruiting evil souls

At the age of thirteen, her step-father went insane. He always insisted that she smile, and she would never do so. He made her unhappy. One day, he tore her skin up with a pair of pinking shears and sutured it back up again. She got an infection, and, tortured by the severe pain of mistreatment of her wound, she slit her own throat.

She was sent to the Underworld, where Hades gained a soft spot for her and kept her as the daughter he never had. Poor infertile guy. D:
