this is really cool and the colours are awesome :D
I think i sort of agree with the comment below me, i think there's a little something missing regarding some colour contrast in some areas perhaps. maybe a tad more suggestion of deeper shadow in like the ribcage for example might really help it pop out a bit more.

I like it, although I feel like it may need some more contrasting colours, but I understand that it is intended and part of the style.

yeah, I actually played around a lot with the colors, trying out a more hot red color for the sky and a more blue color for the armor, and while it looked cool, it didn't make too much sense to have the reflective metal of the armor be that different from the environment. I may go and tweak it to have a greater color temperature contrast in the future, though.
