Nothing to do with Chinese New Year (because I thought it was at the end of the month)

I often write - mostly fantasy stories (uh, how original) - and I noticed that of the four universes I intend to turn into books, three at some point feature dragons in some form. Although on paper they have different functions and abilities, I've wanted to illustrate them for a while now, to give a "distinct look" between them.

This is an Arnian dragon. A black wyvern with a serpentine body that resulted from experiments by magicians from an Ancient Empire. Dangerous animals used as war beasts were released into battle to decimate enemy troops with fire and feast on the dead. When the empire falls, unable to reproduce due to being sterile and being hunted by killers seeking fame, they are eventually considered extinct and become myths.
