Graznikh!
About the background: My headcanon is that Dunland got its name after the Númenoreans clearcut the old-growth forest that used to cover all of Enedwaith. In its wake, a plant family known as gorse (latin: Ulex) took over, and one thing gorse is famous for is spontaneous combustion. It is highly flammable and the seeds are both opened and encouraged to grow by exposure to flame. So in Graznikh's time, the brushlands are regularly ravaged by intense wildfires, the aftermath of which gives the region its name: Dunland, because it has the same colour as the coats of the local goats and ponies.
Fun fact: what's another name for gorse? Whin.
