Good rendition.
It's a very nice rendition of a rose, but I have a few criticisms. You could stand a little more intense value perhaps, to create a stronger feeling of contrast. The composition is a little bland, maybe stress the asymmetrical feel by moving over the rose, having it strain the boundaries of the "canvas" (depending on what you did it on).
Very nice handling of the value and color though. Most of this could be considered opinion and style preference, so regard or disregard as you see fit.
