Technically, it´s always been their ocean.

Sharks have been around since before mammals were even a thing - Dolphins just moved into their neighbourhood a few million years ago, stole their aesthetic and did it WRONG!
Also, all of them have definitely been there before those pesky (and occasionally tasty) surfers, tourists and greedy corporate overlords who want the seas for themselves!
