The Fear Mongers are an elite Amalgian force trained specifically in psychological warfare and combine it with martial art tactics to get inside the mind of a Psychic. The eyes are something a psychic always finds themselves drawn to first to understand the creature. The tattoos of snake spider and crocodile eyes are to confuse the target as well as stimulate a fight or flight response.
