I like when people make up their own stories. I usually don't come up with one when I'm painting it, but I leave stuff open.
CHOW entry? I love this! He looks like an assassin you would see in the 18th century killing because if not the Government will send their own assassin after him. It's just amazing The wind is nice looking as is the city in the distance. You've used the blur carefully and beautifly.
