[ FLYKILLER GRACE ] (NO. 0)

Share

Subject: The "fly" mech, actually a semi-sentient synthetic lifeform with the natural abilities of a housefly, along with powerful acid sprays, replication abilities and flight. Pilot must be "swallowed" and linked with 'bug friend' via the brainstem. Decoupling the pilot requires regeneration of limbs in a 'maggot' form. A hazardous downside in the field. Otherwise, the mech is a powerful weapon of the Inner City's premiere PMC, Holy Locust LLC.

You can’t simply use a saddle on that thing, can you?

J-E-Tremulant responds:

Nah. Full body sync with bug friend, otherwise you probably won't make it in on the shiny corporate killing floors. It's uncomfortable, giving up your limbs and body to 'merge' with a machine, but special mutagens ensure your bits will grow back... just make sure you have a nice dark corner to do it or you'll probably get fried.

Very dystopian and cool, I love the design very much! It does look like a super armored robot fly which is sick, and I love how you drew all the little legs and hooks, especially the noisy version with the fire. The subtle linework is perfect for the style, and the shading really helped emphasize different parts and depth. Amazing work, keep it coming!

J-E-Tremulant responds:

I thank you for the kind words!
