Well it was based on that one video where they reimagine the chocolate bar episodes but in the fairytale style
Here's the early rough sketch on figuring out what he would have looked like, an unused alterations color palette from season 1 but I made it more like the cracked cel you see years later. Then I later used the real cels from but carefully pick out.
