This drawing was mainly a coloration test. I had some problems before on balancing out the colors when drawing yellowish planets like Jupiter. It looked kinda odd when using a dark blue background. However, reducing the saturation and using slightly more greenish tones for the space in the background seemed to help. What do you think? How did the colors came out? I tried to make Jupiter according to some stock photos from NASA and adding the moon Io which is closest to the planet.
