messing with water colors making something milder

Watercolors are my favorite medium. I just love the softness that you were able to achieve... for some reason I'm never able to do that.

your work is great! The biggest issue I had with watercolors at first was being afraid of the water and keeping everything inside the lines. With blending and creating a little softness letting the water do it for you slowly might help :)
