Fanart. MLP - Grunge Eris

Commission for Fernin

This must be one of the most satisfying pictures I've ever worked on, truth be told. The idea of Eris hanging out, resting on the inside of an archway while looking at the sunset was too enticing for me to pass on. So I seized and managed to get it done in a fairly quick amount of time. The grunge style of clothing is fun to draw, fun to figure out, and I think it sits rather nicely with Eris, especially with that bubble smoking cigar. Because if you're the Goddess of Chaos, why would you go for something less than a cigar?

The lighting on this is gorgeous. The bubble cigar and her relaxing upside down, with the bubbles behaving as though gravity is reversed, fits Discord/Eris' personality very well. The golden apple belt buckle is a nice detail.

Also, I love the little Arrows of Chaos pin on her beanie. It is a very small, subtle detail that just fits.
