My first worked-on piece of...drawing. I really would appreciate feedback and tips on how to use a drawing tablet (I'm new to mine as you may notice).

[Some Real Commentary:]
-The shoes are the part of this drawing that I'm most disappointed of...I can't draw sneakers or things of the sort...
-The guy in this drawing was supposed to be a random white person, but then with my name being produced by his hands, I had to make his skin tone more close to home. Thing is, I've already drawn his hair all big and such...so now he kinda looks middle eastern...
-I love decorating with my initials, so that explains all of the "JB"s around.
