[GORETOBER 2022] Day 4 - Tonsillectomy Gone Wrong (Ft. Medic TF2)

While working on my original idea for Day 4, I learned that Team Fortress 2's 15-year anniversary happened on October 10th. To commemorate the occasion, I decided to have Herr Doktor himself make a special little cameo in what transformed into a short but gore-ious three-panel comic with my own pitiful cat cartoon.
