Delia is a reploid inspired by the Megaman Series and created by IRA. I really liked IRA's comic "Wings of Will". Now I officially draw Delia and colour her on the computer. She is drawn with simple paper and pen.
She is asking "Why...?" I imagine her to be asking why Flame Falcon continuously beats her in her trials/lessons. Will she eventually beat Flame Falcon? Read the comic if you have not read it and are a Megaman fan!

thank ya! she is a fan character made by IRA inspired by the MEGAMAN X series (my favourite megaman series, handssss down). Delia is certainly kick ass and I love her character because she's such dynamic and powerful female.
