It is literally impossible to believe you did this on paint; I presume you had a refer picture. If you didn't, Wow, you're a pro!

I gave a 9/10 because if I gave a 10, it would be perfect all over. I notice that the light comes from both the front (Mouth) and from the right. If it was in the middle, then the mouth's lighting would not be this shape. Correct me if I'm wrong, please.
