This was for a class assignment. We were given simple 3D models of different weapons and we had to paint over them to make them more interesting than the original model. We had permission to go beyond the original shapes.
if it is just painting over than it's still very well done i am very curious though what you would have been able to do if you where given the 3D model and had to make the texture just from the model and the uv apping alone but still the weapon looks awesome. great job.
