This is the second time I've drawn a character in the manga style, using Chris Hart's Xtreme Art Ultimate Book of Trace and Draw Manga. This time, I drew a gymnast because I wanted to try drawing a female character doing some dynamic pose for a National Woman's Day art challenge on another website, where I will be posting this later. Gymnasts are very graceful and flexible, since the sport always requires strength and agility. That's why they serve as good inspiration for drawings with cool poses. I'm pretty sure you might agree if you like gymnastics yourself.
