This last concepts consist on a tight dress that keeps arms "motionless", forcing user to use their legs and feet only. And also, some ballet boots that works as weapons.

Este último concepto consiste en un ajustado vestido que mantiene los brazos "inmóviles", forzando a su usuario a usar únicamente sus piernas y pies. Y también unas botas de ballet que funcionan como armas.
