Whew. Bout time :P
After much procrastinating, I finally finished this in SAI.
I used acrylic to try and give it a plush/raggedy look, since its supposed to be an old, slightly beat up, but optimistic teddy bear.

The whole picture feels very fresh, and it looks really good. You did a nice job with the glare on his nose as well. The stitches are a nice touch too
