Description:

These little shape characters in a relationship are named Quoat (The male) and Queri (The female). Queri loves Quoat a bit too much, and Quoat is not yet ready to begin doing any funny acts with Queri.

How I Thought Of Their Names:

First I tried to think of names that rhyme like Bill and Jill, but it just didn’t really fit their designs that well. So I went with words that somewhat relate to one another, which came down to “Quote” and “Query”. Query goes to question, and Quote goes to quotation, both come from grammar. But then I felt the need to make them sound more like actual names, and original, so I spelled them as “Quoat” and “Queri”.

Some Facts About Them:

• Queri is mostly quiet, but in the comics you will see her using symbols like hearts or faces in speech bubbles, rarely speaking in regular text. As for Quoat, he speaks normally.
• Queri loves sweets, and may eat a whole pack of cookies if allowed, as Quoat does love them as well, he tends to stay away from it.
• Quoat is more of an Xbox fan, while Queri would rather PlayStation or Nintendo.
