HO HO HOPE you become a Newgrounds Supporter this year!
We're working hard to give you the best site possible, but we have bills to pay and community support is vital to keep things going and growing. Thank you for considering!
This one took me about 4½ hour, and I'm working on a bagground where she lying on a big rock/stone of a kind. But backgrounds is not my special, so that will properly take me 4-5 hours, so I will wait with that part - in the meantime I want to hear your opinion about the character I already are done with?
The idea of the illustrations, is to show the bride to be's that they are killing them self with all the planing of the "Big day" - Instead of stressing around, they should chill and enjoy the love of their live - It's all what it's about with a wedding - or?
I'm a girl - and of course I am exiting about MY big day, but I hope that I will survive, and the relationship to.
But what do you guys think about it? Please give some feedback :)
Sorry for the bad English

Pretty
I really don't see a bride in this. What I do see is a very pretty young woman. I don't see your idea for the painting in this either. I see a young beauty letting her weak side shine through. The story I see personally with this is, she's given up for the moment and perhaps just let go to allow herself to relax in solitude. No walls to protect herself, just the wind to calm her nerves. The background you've mentioned wouldn't really help bring your idea out either. I personally like the off white that's there. It's simple but still very pretty. And it makes sense because she is supposed to be the main point in the picture anyway.
nice
i think the concept and idea behind this is good. its a kind of paradox of sorts i guess cuz on the wedding day the bride is usually stressed out and nervous when in the end its all about her being together with the one she loves.
anyway i think this is well painted but it would look much better on a background of sorts. also, the dress maybe should have more detail in it, it looks kind of too plain. but keep it up!
