So this is my first picture for Jazza's COTM Competition and my first drawing for Newgrounds at all. It's also one of the first digital drawings I've done so yeah...
I decided to do Pikachu, but instead of levelling up an evolving, he levelled up in the WoW sense (He got more stuff randomly piled onto his armour).
