Mega-robotran

Share

Painted this is Photoshop CS5 and Paint tool Sai. Did it in 7 hours. This piece has a little background. The girl is my Fiance Megan and the robot is me. She's got this name that she always associates me with called Robotran. So I decided hey why not play off of that. So that's what I did. I used photo reference a bit for Megan's face. Everything else was straight from the head. Hope you like and critiques are extremely welcomed. :)

This is a truly extraordinary picture. It's hard to even make out what it is. Is it a girl kissing a mirror? A girl kissing, a, well, a boy? Whatever it is, it's wonderful to look at. For something small, it really does create its own world.

You don't seem to explain what it is. It's just a picture that really has you guessing. The texture is wonderful. The blue stands out so vibrantly. I am surprised this doesn't have a higher rating.

The colors are unbelivably amazing. the shading over the skin is fucking beautiful dude. This is really fucking good.

kiareri responds:

Thanks man, I appreciate the kind words! :)

Very nice. The combination of colors reminds me a lot of Mirrors Edge. My only complainy is the girl's chin seems a bit big. Or rather, the lips should be a little lower. Just my thoughts, great job though!

kiareri responds:

Thank you!!

Ze colors. Ze are, how you say, perfectly blended.

kiareri responds:

Lol thank you. :)

Damn, this looks amazing. I think what I like the most is your use of strong colors and shading. And of course, the concept of it all is pretty damn sweet. Took a while before I managed to see what it was, but after looking at it for some time, I see so much detail.

kiareri responds:

Thank you! I was wanting the viewer to stare at it for a while! So you did exactly what I wanted.
