Nice character design

A nice character here some nice form and some nice details here on this one, the black backing seems like it was too bland and could have more details and more of a backdrop as a suggestion only but overall this was pretty nice work I liked it so keep at it.

The style has the flipnote mixed with this kind of VHS effect with the red and blue that protrudes on both sides is as interesting as it is successful for me !
Afterwards, the "drawing in itself" is also very pretty, it's cute and it has a charm with its simplicity, but with detail... Rah ! I wouldn't know how to explain myself...

But anyway, I'll stay tuned for the rest of your work ! :3

Now this was a pretty interesting design. :) So many hybrids. The outlines give it a 3D-like look too. Makes me wonder what this'd look like with a pair of those glasses... not bad.
