Wilhelm "Billy" Esterreicher = Kobalt Steel
A new pic I did of Billy, my old postman-turned-heroic knight character from a little while ago... forgot what he looked like, to be honest, so I tried to go off of memory, where... he looks kind-of off here... regardless, I wanted to slightly adjust his design, keeping his postman outfit, but adding a postman jacket... which, this doesn't really look much like a postman jacket, so that needs to be worked on
