Toci Lynx = Kobalt Steel
Redesigned Toci Lynx as well; wanted to make her design a bit easier for me to draw, which (of course) means making her hair super puffy (and simplifying some details via removing them). She still wears the hat and 95% of the uniform, which still includes the Musketeer hat, so don't worry about that!
