"If you are wanting my bounty, I'm not going to just give it to you. I've been a terrible person, yes. Though I've changed-for the most part. I only slaughter the ones who will fail to get my bounty, the others... I will allow them to come to my outpost for trades and goods."

Viktor looks like an easy picking, being overweight and attempting his best not to move as much. He was once a Spetsnaz before the war. He is mostly seen hanging around The Zone. He chooses to be around it for the lack of customers and the hunger of fighting. In Viktor's store, he has expensive weapons and armor, selling it slightly higher for profit to himself. If anyone attempts to rob his store, he has bodyguards that are armed and deadly, fully armored in bulletproof vests, helmets, as well as plates. He also carries his trusty lead pipe which he named Mrs. Nikolaev. If he needs it, he also has an AK-109 kept behind the counter.

If you attempt to attack Viktor once he's away from his shop, he always has something up his sleeve. Nobody knows if he has a boobytrap here, there, or anywhere. A dangerous man, who is attempting to gain reputation by trading to others and only attacking if provoked.
