New character for new Dragon Zodiac Year woopeeeee

Named her Eloise cos she's from New York and there was that book series "Eloise at the Plaza" that I loved as a kid

Also she's meant to be chubby but I managed to pick a pose and a prop that manages to completely obscure her midsection Oh I am fortunes fool.
