So, a pretty day me and my friends (and the ice cream man)... OHHHH, I see references. "How often do you see them?" All the time.

Anyway... during a Megaman 2.5D run, we were trying to find all secrets to complete 100% of the game (battling BOND MAN) (Bond as... the glue kind, not the fun one).
During the game i joked about having a Jagan Eye, 'cause i discovered most of the secrets of the game just by watching my friends playing and this become a meme between us, i owning a Jagan (For those who does not know, Jagan is a third eye that allows several abilities, as sense enhancement, from the anime / manga Yu Yu Hakusho).
After a while, one of my friends (who was playing the game) got so pissed off, so frustrated and enraged with the game, we start to moking him as he was so very close to become a Super Sayian. And this actually makes a lot of sense, because he's so furious half of the time about EVERYTHING.
In the end of the day, my third friend... didn't achieve a Super Power. But he's good at tetris... so we said he at least had a Puyo Puyo piece (a Tetris-like game very fun, you NEED TO PLAY IT, RIGHT NOW! GOOOO!!!) but he's not that happy about it. He's basically the Aquaman of our group. But inspired me to draw this funny thingy.
