Nice use of color and shading here my good sir. I do not mean to patronize, but you do have recognizable skill here. Nice branch out attempt. You made a nice bust of both characters. Decent shading, I must say. The red head could use a tad more flesh color, just me. I know I am about that pale, but just barely...Still good work.

I think the paleness is caused by the lighting of the photo :P It looks better in person
