This is Cornicot (CORN-EH-CAUGHT). He is was 8 year old saiyen that was taken over a planet (Similar to Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz) when he got the message that all the saiyens on planet Vegeta were dead. He soon had to survive because he had no more fuel for his shuttle. 30 years later he gets a message, all though it was glitchy, he made out what it said, "Planet Earth eh! Lets give them a visit and get those dragon ba-" and then it cuts out. And now Cornicot visits Earth and fights Vegeta and Goku, and Vegeta blasts a beam in his chest killing him.
