One of many ancient elder gods/"Lords" Legion sought out for "enlightenment."
Oar is an overseer of the "Omnivoid", usually enforcing balance on the populaces, enacting genocide on any demon /mutate/ monster species that grows too large in number, or brutalizing an Alpha of that species that requires a reality check.
If you seek to leave the Omnivoid without a "proctor", and your will is strong enough to resist conforming to one of the countless horrific mutations. Oar will eventually find you and judge you.
Varying in size, he is most comfortable at a humble 9ft tall stature, usually growing when seeking to intimidate.
Wise, Calculating, Prophetic, Silent; The mere sight of him would drive an ordinary human to madness, & usually, eventual suicide.
But ironically he has no interest in harming humans, unless their Universe is chosen for "cosmic convergence"... then nature must run it's course. All will become one.
