This is a good piece of work. I like the oral texture and detail.

However briefly glancing at this brings to mind that this entity (he?) is having a quick pull on his erect bone ;) . Made me laugh. :D . My only criticism is the tongue / worm (?) on his elbow looks out of place.

Reminds me a bit of Pan's Labirinth creature - That's a compliment. Your's have an even rawer appeal, looks more aggressive and dangerous, wicked. Monster design is mostly about feeling: H. R Giger and Clive Barker are masters of it and that's the reason their work is legendary. Congrats, very fine work.
