So this was pretty cute here you have some nice ideas and while this one was pretty simple it was a nice piece and seems to fit in well with the whole tshirts design elements so with all that said no changes one again

While not one of your best, I found this to be very enjoyable. It seems that blue is in fact the color that you work the most with. It happens to be my second favorite color. I just think it's done wonderfully. I apreciate how it looks like the drops are just coming at this person like bullets or hail. I don't think wind comes from clouds.

Of course, clouds also can't make faces. The guy in this looks like he's trying to hold in air or something. There have been times where it rained when it was windy the drops came down like that. It's like the clouds are slanted. I thought that was the cloud's tongue, but it's lips.
